Honestly, I never thought I'd become obsessed with photography or videography, then in 2017 I found myself unexpectedly out of work. During the few months it took to find a new job, I bought myself a drone, as I'd been curious about them for a while and needed something to alleviate the boredom, and the rest as they say, is history.
I became fascinated with the perspective offered by a drone, and with that came an interest in it's photo and video capabilities, and then the desire to learn and understand how to make the most of what I was capturing. That desire is as strong today as it was back then, you never stop learning and growing as a creative, and I'm constantly looking for new ways to expand my creative abilities.
Being based in the Perth Hills, it was only natural that my work would evolve towards landscapes. I'm at my happiest when I'm out in nature, be it the established trails of our National Parks and Reserves, or making my own path whilst searching for lesser known locations.
My passion is to create unique and engaging works that showcase the things I love, to present my own interpretation of them, and attempt to encourage others to get outdoors and explore, discover, and create for themselves. This same mentality is applied to collaborative works, and I enjoy working with clients to help them portray the things in life they are passionate about.
